Weather Warning!

So the whole country is at stand still again. Always amazes me how we are so not geared up for a little bit of snow. Anyway the beaches are looking awsome today! no waves but very pretty! Croyde and Saunton and not a soul in sight.

                          

                     

CRASH

So i get called to the fire station on saturday lunchtime to a tractor that had caught fire. Luckily it wasnt my driving week so my mate who happens to be quite gun ho when driving the fire engine. He was tanking at speed and was about to over take a post office van when it decided to turn rite across our path! after a nice T- boning of the post office van, not quite caught on camera but the wind screen is actually shattered aswell.

                               Didnt come off as bad as the post office van! Id been waiting all day for a parcel too!!!!

MY OLD 32 ROADSTER

Last night after the usual influence of alcohol i dreamt that i had my 32 Ford Roadster back. This was it nearly 20 years ago now. I built this using a 24 stud V8 Flathead out of a 1940 Ford Woody i owned at the time. All correct period running gear, 40 Ford brakes rear end etc. Man those days were a blast! the places the faces we used to go! infact my old car club still exists! The Vultures (the most useless car club in the world) you may of heard of them???? probably not!

Quick Trip to the Emerald Isle.

Just got back from our annual surf trip to West coast Ireland, pretty poor show from usual standards of surf we get. But managed to score a few good days, but all in all a fun trip!

A new day and a new find!

Ive been chasing a guy at work recently, he told me that he new of a guy with an old Triumph chopper in storage for many years. After a few months i managed to get a lead, i called the guy and arranged to go and have a look. It had been kept in the back of an old decrepid damp Ford Transit van! I opened the side door and found this! Well it turns out to be a 1954 650T Triumph with a 750 head, Hardtailed and very well built! The deal was done and now i have got this new project! luvely jubley..........
